4th Early Stage Researchers Workshop on
PET/MR:
"Pitching Session"
May 20, 2015, Elba, IT
Following the success of the "ESRs Pitching Session" during PSRM14 in Kos, the COST Action TD1004 on PET/MR organizes the "4th
ESRs Workshop on PET/MR" during PSMR15 in Elba. The event will take
place on the afternoon of May 20, 2015. As it happened last year, a
number of ESRs will have the opportunity to present themselves in only
2 minutes, with only one slide as background, to the PSMR15 attendants.
This will definitely give them the opportunity to introduce themselves
and their work to potential collaborators. The best pitching will be
awarded. The COST Action TD1004 will support up to 15 ESRs who will
participate to this Workshop. This grant is not compatible with the
student grant of the conference.
The main selection criteria for the ESRs are:
- Be a member of one of the 22 TD1004 COST Action countries http://www.pet-mri.eu/countries.html
- Previous participation in an STSM
- Oral presentation in PSMR15 (preferably as first author)
- Poster presentation in PSMR15 (preferably as first author)
- Previous contributions in PET/MR domain (other publications etc)
Additional criteria that will be considered are:
- Gender balance
- Fair geographical distribution
- Lack of funding from other resources.
The interested ESRs can express their interest by contacting Prof. George Loudos at <gloudos@teiath.gr>, preferably before April 18..
